hot water dripped through freshly course ground coffee beans per cup. caffeinated or decaf creamer and sweetener options
–ristretto
It couldn’t be more concentrated…espresso ‘ris- tretto’ (which means restricted in Italian, or strong for a beverage). A highly concentrated espresso, prepared with less water than normal, but the same amount of ground coffee. This is what gives the ristretto its aromatic taste.

This lies under the crema, taking on its colour and taste.
